Bob Daniel, of Daniel Law Offices, was the first in middle Georgia to dedicate his practice exclusively to DUI Defense. Over the years, Bob became extremely knowledgeable in regards to both the law and the science of driving under the influence. Bob has taught drunk driving defense seminars for attorneys across the state of Georgia. Multiple times, he has taught at the National Criminal Defense College. Furthermore, he attended the prestigious National College for DUI Defense at Harvard University.

Bob began winning contested DUI trials in 1975. In 1995, he limited his practice exclusively to DUI defense. He was the only lawyer in middle Georgia to have made such a commitment. Focusing the practice in such a manner resulted in a smaller caseload; thus, it provided more time to individualize each defense.
